Know exactly what to build, and what it will cost, before you build it.
We define the gap before we define the software. For larger or more complex projects, guessing is expensive. The Blueprint is a fixed-fee engagement where we map how your business works today, design what should change, and give you a written plan you can act on.
When it makes sense
- You're considering a custom system, a significant automation or several integrations
- Several departments or roles are involved
- Payments, sensitive data or security requirements are part of the picture
- You've been quoted by others and want an independent plan
When you don't need it
Straightforward projects, like most websites, can be scoped in a normal conversation. We'll tell you if a Blueprint isn't necessary.
What you receive
- Findings: how work actually flows today, and where it gets stuck
- How you want the operation to work, side by side with how it works today
- A workflow map of the process the system will support
- The recommended approach, and the options we ruled out and why
- Scope: what's included in the first version and what can wait
- Architecture direction and security considerations
- Implementation phases, each with a clear result
- An estimated investment and timeline
Investment
Fixed fee, typically $1,500–$3,500 depending on scope. You'll know the price before we start.
If you go ahead with an implementation of $10,000 or more with Nexar within 30 days, the full Blueprint fee is credited toward it.
A plan before a commitment.
You receive the Blueprint in writing, so you can decide with clear information. If you go ahead, it becomes the plan Nexar builds and manages from.
